Payment Policies

• Wire transfer Via Bank Wire Or Crypto Currency (USDC or USDT only)

• All products listed on our website are priced in US Dollars.

• Payment is required within 12 hours of checkout, or your invoice will be cancelled

Processing and Shipping Time

Tracking for new miner orders will be issued within 48 business hours of receipt of payment. 

We ship with DHL express & delivery is generally within 5 - 7 business days.

Return Policy

Refunds or returns requests on new delivered units will not be honored.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Warranty

All new Bitmain units come with a 365 day factory warranty. For any DOA or faulty units on arrival, buyer must take up all repair or warranty requests directly with the manufacturer. Bitmain does have a repair facility stateside, in New Hampshire.
